Ms. Martin:

I am writing to seek your permission for use of your photo depicting "Battlefield Acupuncture" featured in an MSN article, as well as a Huffington Post article. Site as follows:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28930238/

I work for The Samueli Institute, a medical research nonprofit based in Alexandria, VA (www.SamueliInstitute.org) and we are currently teaming with the US Air Force to teach military primary care physicians how to perform Battlefield Acupuncture. We would like to include a photo that accurately displays the procedure in our Annual Report but we have none at this time. Do you know if your photo is for sale anywhere? If so, could you point me in the right direction?

Please contact me as follows with a response:
Tessa Dardani

Thanks so much for your time!

Best,
Tessa Dardani

Hi Jaq,

I found one of you photos on a site that a group of local photographers are trying to shut down for copyright infringement.
http://www.localkicks.com/towntalk/all_around_town/Fish_Pedicures_Fishy_Nibblefest_is_The_Latest_in_Spa_Treatment

I attended Eddie Adams in 2002.
