Yay!

Shot the immigration rally in Birmingham yesterday for the New York Times. They didn’t end up running it (they hired photographer’s across the country at various rallies), but I had a blast. The link is up of some images on my sportsshooter site, above.

Being an independent pj is fun, when the good assignments come in. Given my penchant for immigration issues though, I would have shot this event regardless of assignment or not.
