El Salvador en Breve
I made a quick getaway trip to El Salvador to farm some story ideas and get out of the country for four days. I have to admit, I fell in love. Huge thanks to the family in Guazapa who I stayed with. Scenes from my brief visit to El Salvador:

I think you need to move to Latin America. You do your best work there. I think it’s because you care about it.

love the photos. i went to el salvador a few years back to shoot some stills for a documentary, and man it was one of the most beautiful places i’d ever been. we were in this little town called asuchillo, where they were just getting running water and electricity for the first time since relocating after the civil war.
it’s a hard place not to fall in love with. glad to see someone else fell for it too!
